How Do I Contact Customer Care?

How long does it take for you to reply to any query?
We will try and respond to your query as soon as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. This time may vary depending on weekends and public holidays.
How will I know when you have recieved my return?
Returns are processed within 2 buisness days of being recieved. You will recieve an email with your return information when complete.
How do I use a web credit or discount code?
During the payment stage at the checkout, fill in the "discount code" section with the code attached to your webcredit or the known discount code. Be sure to hit apply once you're done.
How do I return an item for a refund?

Can I return an item for a refund?
Refunds are issued for items with manufacturing faults only. Otherwise, we are happy to issue a Credit Note or Exchange for your piece. More details on Returns Page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please see our Shipping & Delivery section for more inforamtion on costs and delivery time. Please note that all customs and duty taxes are the customers responsibility.
What are custom fees?
Custom fees are associated with orders being sent internationally. The regulations vary depending on the country of import.
The price of our product does not include any duties or VAT. Our shop only charges for goods and shipping costs. If you are charged a VAT, you will need to pay it to your customs office or upon delivery of your package. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you will have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it.

TeMooi does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Can I change or alter my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with your order number and the correct changes. We will do out best to alter your order, however your email must arrive before our orders are processed by 2pm everyday.
If the parcel has already been dispacthed changes cannot be made.
Changes to your address cannot be made once the order leaves our warehouse as it becomes the property of the courier company.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order with TeMooi Boutique once it has been paid for and completed. You can however return your order. For more information on this please refer to our Returns Page .
Do you hold stock?
Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for future orders.
