Returns & Exchanges
At TEMOOI, we are a small, locally owned business focused on bringing a carefully curated mix of styles to our customers. Rather than carrying large quantities of the same item, we thoughtfully select pieces in limited amounts to keep the store feeling fresh and ever evolving.
Because of this, all eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14-day window, we are unable to accept returns.
All sale items — including promotional sale purchases — are final sale.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Store credit may be used both online and in-store and does not expire.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Sale items or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
Return Conditions
To be accepted, all returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear
Our team carefully inspects all returns upon arrival and reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Refused items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale:
- Sale or markdown items, including items purchased during promotional or discount events
- Jewelry
- Bodysuits
- Gift cards
- Any item marked final sale
No exceptions.
Instant Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in store or by mail. To start the exchange process via our return portal, Re:do, CLICK HEREÂ
Eligible items are available for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Using our returns platform, you will be able to easily select the item(s) you want to return, and the new item(s) you would like to receive. Your store credit will automatically apply within the exchange, and you will owe for any remaining balance. An exchange for lesser value will result in store credit for the remaining balance. Instant exchange items will be shipped out once the exchange is confirmed.Â
Please note: you will be asked to provide payment information for the instant exchange as a security measure. There will be a $1 hold on your credit or debit card, that will be removed once the return items have reached our store. You will have 3 days from the time of submitting your exchange to get your return items in the mail to us using the return label provided in re:do. Failure to ship your returns back within the 3 day timeframe will result in a charge to your given payment method for the newly exchanged styles.Â

Before mailing your return, please email us at temooiboutique@gmail.com so we can confirm your items are eligible and expect your package. This helps us process returns as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your store credit or exchange.
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing after your return arrives at our store.
