At TeMooi we want you to be happy with your purchase. We have hand-picked each item and want you to love it just as much as we do! However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go as planned and it is in our nature to change our minds.

If an item does not fit properly or is not what was expected, we offer in-store credit through our exchange program. We know there is something else you will love!! Here are some simple steps and tips to help make exchanges easier.

Our Returns Policy

We do not offer refund for returns, instead we issue in store credit or an exchange (size or color). We know you will find something you love. 

By processing your payment and completing your order you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

Returns on regular priced merchandise will be accepted within fifteen [15] days from the original invoice date of your online purchase. All sale items are final sale.

All items MUST be in their original condition: unwashed, free of scents, make-up stains, marks and with tags still attached (if applicable). Your package must be post-marked and returned to us within 15 days from the original invoice date. We suggest you purchase delivery confirmation as we are not responsilbe for any items that may be lost in transit.

*We do not accept returns on jewellery for sanitary reasons.

*All sale items are final SALE.

*You have 15 days to return your product from original invoice date. 

Once we recieve your package you will be notificed by email with your in-store credit note or exchange conformation!!

  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
  • Orders that fall under $75.00 after returns are made will have the original free shipping fee subtracted from credit note.

Credit Notes

  • Credit Notes do not expire.
  • If you would like to make a return please complete the return form located in your package. If you cannot locate the Return Form we sent you, a download version can be sent to you at your request -
  • Credit Notes will be processed within two [2] buisness days of us receiving your return. You will recieve an email from us once your package is received and a later e-mail will follow with your Credit Note code enclosed.
  • Credit Notes are redeemable online only and are entered as a promotional code during your next checkout.


  • If you would like to make an exchange, please complete the return form with the details of your requested exchange.
  • Our team will insepct the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet our conditions. The item will be sent back to the sender if return conditions are not met.
  • Please email us at to reserve the correct size needed or alternate piece while the original purchase is in transit. We cannot guarantee to have the product in stock, the sooner we are notified the better! 

Processing Time

  • Please account for the number of buisness days it will take to ship from your location to our doorstep. Excahnges must be recieved within fifteen [15] days of purchase.
  • You will recieve an email approving your return once it has been recieved and inspected. Please allow two [2] buisness days after we recieve your return to process your request.

Faulty Item

Please email if you believe your piece has a fault and we will handle this with the highest priority.
